Just an update on the Coalson Family ...

Wow, we have been busy this past month since Jentry made her arrival! The weekend before we were scheduled to go in for induction, our house went under contract and we closed on selling it on October 29th! We lucked into a rent house that is actually a house Jason has listed ... of course, it will probably sell now that we have moved in! Ha! :) Here is a picture of Judson giving chubby Jentry kisses...

Judson is getting to be quite the character! He pronounces his F's with an H sound and it is very funny or "hunny" as he says! He is obsessed with wearing his cowboy boots and always says he "wants to put the boots on." But, if they are on and he wants them off, he says he "wants to take the boots on." We now know the difference b/c of the "take" thrown in when he wants them off! And ... when his boots are on ... his pants MUST be on the outside of the boots, whether they are jeans or pajama pants! He is very obsessive about this issue and if they are not on the outside, then he tells you to "hix it" aka fix it! Here is a picture of him in his Thomas Pajamas and boots ... with the pants correctly "hixed."

Jentry is doing great too! She gained 1 lb. and .9 oz. in the 8 days between her 6 day checkup and her 2 week checkup! Mom and I weighed her Saturday and she weighed about 10 lbs. and 6 oz. She is eating really well! :) Now, if November 18th can just get here soon, then I can get the "ok" to start excerising! I need my treadmill to keep all the weight off that I have lost ... I am down about 26 from where I ended with Jentry and I had only gained 16 lbs. thank goodness! Here is a photo of "Miss Popular," as her shirt says! She also is wearing her jeans with pink stitching for the first time and her cute pink shoes!

Jason is very busy, but Judson has become his wingman in almost everything he does. We bought a dozer a few weeks ago and Judson wants to go with Jason every time he leaves b/c he knows that he's either going to "ride the dozer," show real estate outside, or play golf! Jason has to leave before he wakes up in the morning to avoid a meltdown! They went to the football game on Friday night to watch Hico play Hamilton! Judson was excited about going b/c Jason told him he could get popcorns (as Judson calls it) and coke. He loved it and also got M&M's ... his other favorite!

And before I finish ... here are a couple of "hunny" stories on Judson from the past week ...

We rented Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs for Judson last weekend. At the beginning of the movie, the tiger is chasing a deer and it makes you think its trying to catch it for dinner until a bit later and they are only racing. Well, while the tiger seemed to be chasing its dinner, Judson got so nervous and started telling us he wanted to watch Tom and Jerry (just to get the intense Ice Age movie off the screen)! He gets that from my dad and I ... we never finished the Wizard of Oz and neither one can handle intense or scary movies ... we pace if we are at home and its an intense part! Haha!

The other "hunny" was that Judson went to the Hamilton Barbershop to get a haircut last week. The barber kept giving him candy (it was really gum ... which he does not know about yet) to bribe him to sit still. When he was done, he had a handful of gum. Kevin Gilmore came in and asked Judson if he could have some of his gum .... Judson paused and told Kevin "get you a haircut!" I guess he didn't want to share and thought the barber would give Kevin some if he sat still during his own haircut!

I will quit writing now ... it's just that it has been a while!

Exhausted!

Judson seems to be in the habit of skipping his once-a-day nap here
lately ... He made sure and ate though before he conked out in the
highchair on Friday night! Being a bug brother is hard work ...
carrying all those dirty diapers to the trash etc.!

Growing so fast ... Already!

Jentry is growing so fast and getting chubby! She's definitely eating
well! Judson is a great big brother! He loves giving her kisses and
patting her back when it's time for her to burp! :)

What a day! ... Or should I say past 24 hours!

We went ahead and came to Waco last night since we were having to arrive by 6 am for the induction. We stayed in a new hotel behind the new mall area, but Judson was the only one who slept more than 30 minutes at a time! Anxious!

We got to the hospital at 6 am, they started the petocin at 6:59, the doctor broke my water at 8:25, I told them I needed an epidural as soon as the dude was available or I might miss out, he came and did that an eternity later, it only worked on my right side AGAIN, then I told them it was time to push, they called the doctor and she came in in her regular clothes carrying her purse, I pushed for two contractions, and Jentry arrived at 9:57 am!

I definitely think it wasceasier the first time ... Less pain it seemed, but Judson was a pound smaller, so maybe that was it!

I still have not slept a minute since the night before last! I should have been rewarded and gotten to go home the same day! I'm sure I will be up all night ... Judson is tossing and turning over on the itty bitty couch and keeping Jason from sleeping good! Jentry is napping again ... She slept most if the day and decided to wake at 6:45 pm and seems to maybe be down again ... At least until they get her to weigh her in an hour :(

Judson has been a great big brother so far ... He calls her "sister baby" instead of baby sister! :)

33 more hours ...

I am going in on Wednesday, October 7th, at 6 a.m. to be induced and hopefully soon after meet Jentry Brenn! My doctor said they will hook me all up to everything when I get there, then she will break my water at about 8:30 a.m. just like the schedule from back when I had Judson! Hopefully she will come quick like Judson ... who arrived at 11:10 a.m.!!! I would like to have time to get an epidural, but then again ... the one with Judson only worked on my right side so I kind of felt like I got to experience it both ways and totally think I could handle it without one if things progress as fast as last time. It would be another thing if she took much longer than he did to make an appearance.

I am saying a prayer that all goes as smoothly! I really hope to make it to Natalie's baby shower on Saturday too! That might be asking for a bit much but I'm going to be positive for now! :) I would really hate to miss seeing everyone!

I am going to make a guess on the height and weight and go with 7 lbs. 3 oz. and 21 inches! She feels very long and definitely tries to stretch out as much as possible ... we'll see though! Time wise, I'm going with 10:53 a.m. .... now that is a very positive guess-timate! :)

Important Reading ...

I can not believe that I have forgotten to upload this funny photo!

I was cleaning the bathrooms the other day and Judson came in and sat on his potty, reading the grocery ad, and of course had his golf glove on!

Dad was proud when he got home and I showed him this photo! Wonder where Judson got this idea!?!?

The Ghost Rider ...

Jason was watching the movie "Ghost Rider" last night with Nicholas Cage. Judson had his 2nd b-day party on Saturday night and his buddies Kobe and Carson gave him a Black and Decker drill set that had goggles with it. Judson was playing in the living room and obviously paying attention to the movie ... the "Ghost Rider" was on his motorcycle and wearing goggles ... needless to say Judson went and found his new goggles and had Jason put them on so he could ride his "motorcycle."
